Safaricom introduces service that reverses erroneously purchased airtime

Erroneously purchased airtime from M-PESA can now be reversed thanks to this new service from Safaricom.

This service will come as a major relief for Safaricom users as many have suffered the

consequence of erroneously purchasing airtime from their M-PESA.

All you have to do to reverse is get in touch with the Safaricom customer support team on Facebook: safaricom page or their twitter handle: safaricom care and their support team will get in touch with you.

But it should be noted that the erroneously purchased airtime should not be used as this will affect the reversal.
